Saturday on the New Haven Green, dozens of volunteers facilitated a free flea market called Operation Love Affair, which helped out hundreds of people in need with free clothing and food. There was also comedy and magic performances for the crowds. The event was organized by Jesse’s Homeless Outreach Projects (JHOP), a very cool, all-volunteer organization that wants to end homelessness in New Haven. JHOP Facebook Page
