Last night, I went out to photograph New Haven after dark with my friend, a photographer, Noble Spell. He and I played around with extended exposures, and walked throughout town (in the rain) to take these pictures. Extended exposures take the picture for longer periods of time, most of these pictures were taken with a 10 second shutter speed.
