Back home in New Haven, visiting my parents over Christmas, I did some shopping here! My mom and I had just been to Katahdin and bought some stuff, then got caught in a downpour and our bag disintegrated. The lovely people at CAW gave us another, and then we bought some beautiful handmade Christmas tree ornaments of American birds for my bird-watching English husband. Lovely memories from a great city. 🙂
