For over ten years I was very active in the Urban Ag scene here in New Haven. Among other things, I was a founding member of New Haven Farms, a great organization which provides organic fruits and vegetables for those most affected by, or at risk for, diet related chronic disease. New Haven Farms is currently trying to build a new one-acre farm to help even more people. I’ve decided to help meet the two-week goal of $20,000 by raising $1000. Here’s where you come in. Please make a contribution to my campaign, not only will you be helping New Haven become healthier, but you can also win a two hour photo shoot (worth $600) with me if you make a donation. For every $20 increment donation, your name will get entered into a drawing which will be held at the end of the campaign. If you donate $100, your name will go into the “hat” five times, for a one-in-ten chance of winning (for example). You can make a donation by clicking here: http://www.crowdrise.com/transformvacanturbanspace/fundraiser/chrisrandall Thank you for your consideration! Chris Randall |
