While some were focused on the story of the Grinch;
who came to steal toys, leave Honda…her elves in a pinch;
there was a lot of goodness for any who cared to see;
it was a Winter Wonderland at the old state armory
Music was in the air…smiles all around;
One small hearted green guy couldn’t keep New Haven down;
To see all act as one…oh what a sight;
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
