On Sept. 20 at 11 a.m., hundreds of students from Wilbur Cross High School, James Hillhouse High School, and Common Ground High School as well as Yale and Southern Connecticut State Universities walked out of their classes and schools to support Nelson Pinos, an immigrant who has been in sanctuary at First and Summerfield United Methodist Church for 295 days and counting. After running a story this afternoon in The Arts Paper, I wanted to share some of those photos here and in a Facebook Album for I Love New Haven as well.
