Back by popular demand, we have another installment! I went out around downtown today for these portraits and also asked each of the subjects for a fact about themselves which others might be surprised by.
Teresa; surprising fact: she was agoraphobic as a teen.
Derek; surprising fact: he designs jewelry (which include the necklace and earring he’s wearing) and he also is a jazz singer.
Caroline; surprising fact: she has webbed toes! (between two toes are connected with skin) Her mother has webbed toes too; and no, Caroline is not a swimmer.
Juanita; surprising fact: she writes poetry
(Left to Right) Prisca; surprising fact: she does above average owl hoots (she really does!). Rayo; surprising fact: she runs away when she laughs. Mbella; surprising fact: he said something so funny that it sent his friend to the hospital (Rayo fell down and injured her wrist as she ran away from laughing. They just got back from the hospital).
Tracie; surprising fact: played drums (briefly) in high school. Eoin; surprising fact: he plays the banjo!
Allec; surprising fact: he’s a fly fisherman and he also likes fly fishing (he didn’t actually say all of that, but he did say he likes to fly fish.
Darlene; surprising fact: she swims a lot and rides horses.
