On Sunday I stopped by the Fill The Truck event on Middletown Avenue at the Department of Public Works. The event leads into the Winter Wonderland which you may remember as being held last year at the Armory. This year it will take place at the Field House. Honda Smith and all involved do a lot to ensure a happy Christmas for the children of the area.
On a cool Sunday morning people began arriving shortly after ten. To a person they arrived upbeat with smiles across their faces and arms bearing gifts. From the beginning we could see the event would be a success.
