Phasmophobia is the rare first hand account of the fieldwork and paranormal adventures by Ryan Bond, a ghost hunter and folklore enthusiast from right here in New Haven. We took these photos at the Grove Street Cemetery yesterday and I also had a chance to learn more about the book.
CR: Tell me a little about the book.
RB: The book is a first hand account of all of my ghost hunting adventures in CT locations from 2004-2010
CR: Why is it important to you?
RB: Because most books on the paranormal are recycled information and don’t really deal with first hand experiences like my book does.
CR: What are some of the other cool things you’ve done?
RB: I run Spider Bite Records, an independent hip hop label. I started Spider Paranormal recently. I am a horror enthusiast and breed turtles.
CR: What is the most surprising thing that you’ve learned throughout the process?
RB: You can always expect the unexpected and things don’t ever go as planned on investigations.
CR: Where can people buy the book?
RB: You can get a copy on my website, www.madecipha.com. I’m also in the process of getting it into stores.
