Born and raised in New Haven, Hillhouse ’65. Joined the Air Force and was stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany. On bass clarinet and tenor sax saw Europe from concert stages and bier halls. Under The Gi Bill I went to Grahm Junior College (Boston) as a TV Production major. New Havenite Paul Fusco (ALF) graduated with me. Andy Kaufman the year before. Worked many years in broadcasting hosting jazz programs in the Boston/Worcester market. In 1995 after letting it languish in a corner, my wife insisted I take the camera she bought me and take some shots. Currently live in Milford, MA and take photos for the local papers and produced a jazz program on the local community access TV studio. Last year I was an emaciated artist. This year I’m a starving artist. I’m moving up the food chain. ILNH is a joy as I look at the old city from new eyes, the eyes of a different generation.
