Our beloved Roger Cruz was hanging by the YUAG. He’s so photogenic and unique that I can’t help but take his picture.
Orlando was downtown looking for a friend. I stalked him a little bit to get this photo. We ended up taking for a while. Orlando is from Colombia, drives a cab, and is an amazing soccer player. He was even featured on this site in a photo essay by Marilyn Murray a while back. Here’s the link: Orlando on ILNH
Tim is a photographer and was at the YUAG waiting for a couple for an engagement shoot. Not pictured are his two nice cameras (a Pentax and a Canon I believe) and gear by his feet. I figured that he would be sympathetic to my cause let me take his picture.
I kinda stalked Carroll for a photo too. At first I thought he was familiar to me because of seeing him downtown a lot, but we actually worked at Winchester together in the late 90’s. I made barrels and Carroll worked on the 30-30 line. Carroll worked at Winchester for thirty-five years!
Jacob (left) and Andy were walking up Chapel Street
Annette was out on Broadway
Michael and Maura were about to cross Elm Street when I asked them for a photo for I Love New Haven. “Sure, we love New Haven!”
Michael was out enjoying the nice foggy day
Brian was in an excellent mood
(left to right) Gabe, Adam, and Magdalena just finished a meal at Chipolte. Unbeknownst to me, they were watching me photograph people as they ate and (correctly) thought I was the guy from I Love New Haven, Magdalena is from Argentina and just got here. Gabe and Adam have been showing her around. Last night they got to hang backstage at Toads.
Aaron is the manager at Chipolte and was outside getting some air.
