The New Haven Sasquatch stormed the Coleman Brothers Carnival with pizza in hand and playful chaos in mind. He posed with staff, hugged strangers, and tested his aim at the shooting booth. Carnival-goers cheered, snapped selfies, and laughed at every surprise appearance. Sasquatch even rode the carousel and struck a yoga pose in the middle of the midway.
The energy was high and the fun nonstop. Bright lights flashed. Music bumped. Fried food scents filled the air. Sasquatch didn’t just visit—he became the main attraction. New Haven showed once again it knows how to keep things weird, joyful, and unforgettable.
I also took some aerial photos and videos of the carnival at night, which I’ve posted at the bottom of this post.

The New Haven Sasquatch has been spontaneously popping up in New Haven ever since the pandemic. Check out photos documenting his first sighting in September of 2020
Here are some aerial videos that I took of the Carnival at night with my drone.
